MEET ANNA!
In 2005, Anna Stankiewicz-Babakitis left her desk job, obtained her esthetician license, and began amassing her "cult-like following" (NoteBrooke) at the Rita Hazan Salon. Dissatisfied with the quality of the tanning formulas in the market, she researched and developed her signature vitamin-infused, all-natural and organic formula line. Anna then pioneered the spray-tanning business model in NYC by partnering with salons: Warren Tricomi, Ric Pipino, Ricardo Rojas, and OC 61 - transforming each into spray-tanning destinations, and Anna becoming "models, celebrities, and socialites best-kept secret" (Cosmo).
Anna is widely recognized as "NYC's Spray-Tanning Authority" and has consecutively recieved Allure's Best of Beauty Award for over a decade. She is humbled to have inspired countless other artists to embark on their own tanning careers and continues to empower her partners through the availability of her Tan d'Or professional formula line and training.
Today, Anna and her team operate NYC's premier mobile spray-tanning service. Anna believes that "everyone deserves to glow" and her next goal is to thus make her tan accessible to all by offering at-home products.
